Busy bee as the sun begins to shine

Busy bee as the sun begins to shine

It was a beautiful day yesterday. I ate my lunch out in the garden with the sun shining on my face, and low and behold a bee flew by! A bee! In early February! Well you know what they say, the early bee catches the …erm…

Well, I’ve been a busy bee myself of late. I have quite a few projects on the go, and all quite exciting ones that I’m relishing getting my teeth in to. One of those has seen the launch of the a new wedding video website for Wedding Video Solutions. I’m pleased with how it’s working, and now the key is to really tap in to the social media side of things as much as possible and get the site climbing up those search rankings. It’s a brand new domain name so this means the site is starting from scratch with the search engines and it’s all a matter of time and effort from here to get it performing well.

Other projects I’m currently working on are: Integrating an LMS (Learning management System) to Absolute Academy’s website to facilitate online distance learning for students for their City and Guilds courses (an ongoing project, which will hopefully be online by the spring); Website build and SEO of an Air conditioning installation services website (more on this in the near future); a new website for Strand Engineering, as well as a few other smaller projects to keep ticking over.

Despite working a couple of 17 hour days lately I have also managed to prize myself away from the beest to keep my head clear. Last Saturday I went to watch League One leaders Brighton play at Bristol Rovers. It was an incredibly entertaining game: Brighton won 4-2, 3 goals were disallowed and both teams hit the woodwork, all whilst a gale swirled around The Memorial Stadium (oddly situated right on the top of a hill at the top of Gloucester Road).
